Q: Can I hang my own neon sign on your large backdrops?
A: We want to keep our large backdrops looking perfect, so we can only accommodate neon signs from our shop. Thanks for understanding!
Q: Can I decorate a large backdrop with my own decor/floral?
A: Unfortunately, to prevent damage from being made to our backdrops, we require that all decor is put on by our shop. If you have questions on this, please contact us
Q: Can I pick up a rental flower wall?
For safety and due to the complexity of these backdrops, we provide full service including delivery, set-up, and take-down exclusively for our large backdrops.
Q: Do you deliver and pick up in the same day?
A: Yes! We prefer this! You provide us with the time it needs to be set-up by and what time we can start taking it down and we’ll take care of the rest!
